This All Offers dashboard is the place for you to manage all the offers created with the BOGOS app. Offers are displayed in a grid format with basic information to help you easily track offer status:

* **Title**: Internal offer name for your management (customers won't see this except for gift offer and classic bundle)
* **Offer type**: Main promotion types of BOGOS
* **Start date**: Time when the offer begins
* **Status**: There are 4 offer status types&#x20;

▶ Active: Currently running offers

▶ Deactivated: Turned off offers

▶ Scheduled: Offers that are set to start at a future date

▶ Expired: Offers that have passed their end date

▶ Locked: Offers from paid plans that get locked when customers downgrade to the free plan

▶ Incomplete: Offers imported from CSV files that haven't been fully set up with the required conditions to publish <br>

* **On/off**: Switch button that helps merchants easily change between active and deactivated status for offers
* **Actions**: This allows you to duplicate or delete any offer

<figure><img src="/files/HBDTbFJiII7ldL9eW5my" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="success" %}
BOGOS also groups offers by status, making it easy to find the specific offers you need to adjust.
{% endhint %}

#### Bulk Edit <a href="#h.ewlfbij0u6t0" id="h.ewlfbij0u6t0"></a>

This button lets you edit offer titles, dates, and enable all offers with just a few clicks.

<figure><img src="/files/KrPnHyhkGdUoSftw9UiJ" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="warning" %}
You can select incomplete offers along with other status offers when bulk editing, but you will be disabled from adjusting these offers. For adjustments that don't make sense (for example: setting an end time before the current time), all your edits can not be saved.
{% endhint %}

**Export and Import**

<figure><img src="/files/jPgyJ5WGQPpK6kYmiQtn" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Export**&#x20;

This feature lets you export offer data from your current store to import into another store or use later.<br>

<figure><img src="/files/yass2Y3o2Y44XZpGcti1" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

After choosing this option, **a CSV file** of your store’s offer data will be sent to the email address you enter in the box below.<br>

<figure><img src="/files/eguj84uwUtdNnqP5MKSy" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

There are **6 options** for you to select before exporting: all offers, selected offers, gift offer only, bundle offer only, upsell offer only, and discount offer only.

**Import**

<figure><img src="/files/6BHEHg9mRLFdW2us9vYB" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

This feature lets you upload offer data from a CSV file directly into your store.

<figure><img src="/files/6dhbTqylWXD0odmpnMNT" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Once you've selected a CSV file from your computer, choose one (or both) of the following options:

* **Select products for offers with matching SKU:** Automatically insert products in your store that share the same SKU as those in the imported offers.
* **Select collection for offers with matching handle:** Automatically insert collections in your store that share the same handle as those in the imported offers.

{% hint style="info" %}
Make sure the SKUs and handles in your online store match those in the imported file so the mapping process works properly.
{% endhint %}

**Other things to bear in mind:**

* The imported offer will work if any product SKUs match. If none match, the offer will be marked as incomplete.
* During import, only the offer conditions and products are mapped; all the offer statuses will be converted to deactivated.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.bogos.io/quick-start-guide/an-overview-of-bogos.io.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
