What BOGOS AI Can Do

BOGOS AI comes with 4 skills:

• Ask for a tutorial: Get step-by-step guidance on how to set up any BOGOS feature.

• Search offer: Quickly find any existing offer in your BOGOS app.

• Create offer:

  • Set up a Gift, Bundle, Upsell, or Discount offer from a plain-text prompt.

  • BOGOS AI can also set sub-conditions (e.g., customer tags, markets, subscription products) based on your prompt

• Analytics: Get quick insights and analysis on your store's performance.

How to Use BOGOS AI

There are 2 ways to interact with BOGOS AI:

1. Normal chat

Type your request in the Ask BOGOS anything box, or pick one of the suggested prompts. BOGOS AI will apply the right skill based on your prompt and return the result in the chat.

Example prompts:

• Ask for a tutorial: "Can you give me the tutorial for Volume Discount offer?"

• Search offer: "Find my Buy 1 Get 1 offer for snowboards."

• Create offer:

  • "Create a Buy 1 Get 1 offer for The Multi-managed Snowboard."

  • With sub-condition: "Create a 20% product discount for subscription products only."

• Analytics: "Show me my top-performing offer this month."

2. Call a specific skill

Type / in the chat box to open the skill menu, then select:

• /create-offer: Start building an offer.

• /analytics: Look up your store's sales and offer performance.

For Create offer, BOGOS AI will open the offer builder pre-filled with your prompt details. You can review and edit all conditions before publishing.

Best Practices for Writing Prompts

• Be specific and clearly state what you want to know or create.

• Use short, direct sentences to avoid confusion.

• Provide essential information such as product types, start or end dates, or campaign goals to help BOGOS AI give more accurate results.

Frequently asked questions

Is BOGOS AI included in the free plan?

No. BOGOS AI is only available on Paid plans.

Can I save my chat history with BOGOS AI after closing the chat box?

Not yet. Currently, chat history is not saved once you close the chat.

Will BOGOS AI let me edit an offer before finalizing it?

Yes. After BOGOS AI generates your offer, it will take you to the Edit Offer screen, where you can review all conditions and make adjustments before publishing.

If BOGOS AI can’t answer, what happens next?

It will show you a direct button to contact our Support Team for further assistance.
