# BOGOS deinstallieren oder deaktivieren

## Bevor Sie BOGOS deaktivieren oder deinstallieren

Stellen Sie zuvor bitte Folgendes sicher:

* Alle zugehörigen Bestellungen sind abgeschlossen.
* **Alle Angebote sind deaktiviert.** Wenn die Option „Geschenkprodukte nach Deaktivierung der Angebote löschen“ in den Einstellungen nicht aktiviert ist, müssen Sie stattdessen alle Angebote manuell löschen.

## 1. App-Status deaktivieren

So deaktivieren Sie den App-Status:

1. Öffnen Sie die BOGOS-App
2. Navigieren Sie zu Einstellungen > Allgemein > Klicken Sie auf Deaktivieren
3. Schalten Sie die App-Einbettung aus > Speichern

## 2. Deinstallieren

Das Zurücksetzen der App löscht alle mit BOGOS verbundenen Daten und **kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden**.

Um unerwartete Probleme zu vermeiden, setzen Sie bitte die BOGOS-App zurück, um alle App-Codes und geklonten Geschenkprodukte zu entfernen, bevor Sie die App deinstallieren:

1. Öffnen Sie die BOGOS-App
2. Navigieren Sie zu Einstellungen > App-Daten zurücksetzen > App zurücksetzen
3. Deinstallieren Sie die BOGOS-App aus Ihrem Shopify-Adminbereich.
