# Feature Vote

Feature Vote is where you can suggest new features, vote for the ideas you want BOGOS to build next, and track the progress of your own suggestions.

Using Feature Vote includes 3 parts:

1\. Suggest a feature.

2\. Feature board.

3\. My suggestion.

#### 1. Suggest a Feature

You can send a new suggestion to the BOGOS team from either tab in Feature Vote.

To submit a suggestion, please follow these steps:

1\. Click **+Suggest a feature** at the top-right corner. You can also click **Send a suggestion** from the empty state of the **My suggestion** tab.

2\. Fill in these fields:

* **Your suggestion:** The feature you want to suggest (required, up to 500 characters).
* **Tell us more:** Extra details about what you are trying to do or how this feature would help your store (optional, up to 5000 characters).

3\. Click **Submit suggestion**.

Your suggestion is now sent to the BOGOS team and appears under **My suggestion** > **Under review**.

#### 2. Feature Board&#x20;

The Feature board shows all suggestions currently open for voting, so you can support the ideas that matter most to your store.

**2.1. Highlight**

Features hand-picked by BOGOS, shown at the top of the board. Click a card to open the **Feature detail** popup.

**2.2. Feature board**

The full list of suggestions. To find features faster, you can:

* Filter by status: **All**, **In progress**, or **Released**.
* Sort by: **Most votes** (default) or **Newest first**.

For Released features, a **Go to this feature** link appears in the Feature detail popup so you can open the feature directly in the BOGOS app.

**2.3. Vote for a feature**

To vote, click the up-arrow button (e.g., 0 voted) on a Highlight card or a Feature board row. The vote count goes up by 1, and the button turns dark to show your vote.

To remove your vote, click the same button again.

**2.4. View feature details**

To see the full details of a feature, click the ⓘ icon. The **Feature detail** popup shows the feature title, description, and current status.

#### 3. My Suggestion Tab

The My suggestion tab shows all suggestions you have submitted, grouped by review status.

**3.1. Under review**

Suggestions the BOGOS team is currently reviewing. Each card shows your suggestion title and the status "Being reviewed by our team".

At this stage, you can:

* **Edit your suggestion:** Click the pencil icon on the card > Open the Edit your suggestion popup > Update the fields > Click Save changes.

* **Delete your suggestion:** Click the ⓘ icon on the card > Open the Suggestion detail popup > Click Delete suggestion > Click Delete on the Remove this suggestion? Dialog.

**3.2. Reviewed**

Suggestions the BOGOS team has already reviewed. Each card shows the suggestion title, a status badge, and an ⓘ icon to open the **Suggestion detail** popup.

Status badges include Approved / Not approved / In progress / Released. For Released features, a **Go to this feature** link also appears on the card so you can open the feature directly in the BOGOS app.

Click the ⓘ icon to open the Suggestion detail popup, which shows:

* **Your suggestion:** Your original submission.
* **Tell us more:** The extra details you added.
* **Status:** The current review status of your suggestion.
* **Suggestion:** The published feature on the Feature board created from your suggestion, along with its current vote count (available for Approved, In progress, and Released suggestions).
